With over 25 years in private practice, Andrew Tarr has successfully worked with a wide range of clients, from infants to seniors, to those with physical or neurological challenges, as well as many high-performers such as musicians, athlete’s, and actors.
He graduated in 1996 from a four year Feldenkrais Method Professional Training Program through the Institute for the Study of Somatic Education, and entered private practice working mostly with adults. Andrew continues to learn from and collaborate with Baniel to transform the lives of children with special needs, as well as mentoring and training new ABM practitioners.
Andrew practices at Amaryllis Therapy Network, in Denver, CO, which is a premier clinic providing integrative Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapies for children to adolescents. This setting provides for many opportunities for collaboration, cross training, and referrals across different disciplines.
Andrew’s background includes a BA in Philosophy, collegiate and masters rowing, contact improvisation dance, playing violin from an early age, coaching Special Olympics swim and ski teams, and extensive experience with diverse populations of people with physical and developmental challenges. He is also a core member of the Integral Zen Center, in Denver.
